On behalf of a cousin of mine
I have been looking for 4 years now to find a lieutanant who
served in the Pioneer Corps from 1939-1945. His name is George
Hamilton. Also he has two other names Joseph and Henry.
We are not sure these are firstnames or middle names. He served
in WWII and stayed in :

father Private 13113639 Wilfred Douglas (Bill) Blower, 303
Coy Pioneer Corps was seriously wounded by enemy bombardment
on 16th June 1944 at Ouistreham, Normandy. He died January
1965. 4 or 5 of his comrades were killed in this incident.
I have details from an eye-witness of the incident and photographs

who were guarding the prisoner of war camp in Mortimer (near
Reading), in the period April 1945 / October 1946. I am particularly
interested in tracing any member of the corps who may have
been killed in a motorcycle accident in January / October
1946. He would have been guarding the POW camp at Little Park
Farm Motimer. This is part of an urgent enquiry in tracing
a relative and any help would be deeply appreciated. The name
of the Pioneer may have been Bill Dawes from Cumbria, but
this is not certain.

I was statoned in germany for
nearly 4 years a bit of a record me thinks. I was there between
1982/1986 i'm the legendry steve killer kilbourne who worked
for a time in the saddle club there with the horse. remember
when the ridings club first opened up in the attic of the
block. for a time the bar was run by tommy hulls. Remember
the games we played in the bar under the cookhouse called

Dyson and Steven Swallow
Looking for Stuart Dyson. We
lost touch at the end of 1992 when he was posted from Soast
Germany. He was from Southend area. Also looking for Steven
Swallow whom I last saw at our wedding in June 1989 and came
from the Manchester area. We all served with the Royal Pioneers
from 1984 onwards and we've all lost touch.

I'm searching for: Lt. Victor
Askew, who served in the 215 Comp of the Royal Pioneers Corps
in 1945 in Tubbergen, The Netherlands. Askew was born in 1909
in Sheffield. Mr. Askew was also a British painter, who exebited
in The Royal Academy of Art. I want to come in contact with
